We’d like to introduce ourselves as your new neighbor.
Hilco Redevelopment Partners recently acquired the Philadelphia Energy Solutions (PES) Refinery in Southwest Philly and we are looking forward to collaborating with state, city and community leaders and organizations to create an extraordinary new development that will result in an environmentally responsible and economically revitalized future.

Promise of Philadelphia

We are creating a world-class multi-modal logistics hub in Southwest Philadelphia that will bring an environmentally responsible and economically revitalized future for the City. For 150 years, the 1,300-acre site was occupied by an oil refinery. Now, a fresh vision for the site will be realized.

Sitting within a six-hour drive of one-third of the American population, this project will serve as an economic engine for the City and generate thousands of jobs for Philadelphians.

Setting the Sustainability Standard

We transform environmentally-compromised sites by cleaning and remediating them to the highest possible environmental standards and by recycling as much material as possible.

Our team takes a comprehensive approach to redevelopment, which considers the whole lifecycle of the project--from remediation to construction.
