Executive Vice President of Industrial Acquisitions

As Executive Vice President of Industrial Acquisitions, Mark is responsible for overseeing the expansion of HRP’s real estate development, acquisition, investment and capital structuring activities nationwide. Amongst those responsibilities, Mark and his team will be responsible for identifying and completing prospective transactions with future tenants at the HRP Philly site.

Mark’s 28-year career has included senior leadership roles in asset management, capital deployment and development for both public and private real estate companies including Prologis (NYSE: PLD), Duke Realty (NYSE: DRE), JLL (NYSE: JLL) and Opus Corporation. Mark has attracted some of the largest multi-national companies to highly successful projects around the country and is well experienced in developing complex go to market strategies for large scale infill projects.

Mark, a native of the Philadelphia, graduated from Friend’s Central School in Overbrook before attending Syracuse University where he majored in both English and Economics. He is an active member of the Zell Lurie Real Estate Center at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a founding member of the Board of Advisors at the George Mason University School of Management Center for Real Estate and Entrepreneurship and was previously a Capstone Advisor at the Georgetown Master’s in Real Estate Program. Mark also currently serves on the National Board of Directors and is a Research Foundation Trustee with NAIOP and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
